1. Just back from 4 nights at this great hotel, had read some bad reports about this place but thought my wife and I would give it a try.

6. My wake-up calls for both days were right on the dot (I've had bad luck with some hotels that use an automated wake-up system; at The Seaport Boston, a live person takes your request; likewise, a real-live person awakens you the next morning.
