3. Laughed and smiled with so many, Dave who booked our reservation, hotel security when our safe was an issue, the concierge staff who were so helpful and took their time with every question, the fitness center who were so gracious to our disabled guest who wanted to swim.

4. It was overall a fantastic experience, the only complaint I'd make was the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the room tended to get really really dry during the night (woke up parched every morning), but every other aspect of this hotel far out-shined these minor issues.

5. I love the fact that they have one floor catered to people with sensitive allergies, the air on that floor does make a difference for anyone with breathing issues.
