1. I had recently broken my hand, and the concierge was able to find a hair appointment for me since I couldn't not do it myself.

2. I was actually hurt the 1st day of me and my girlfriends stay in the shower because it was left in a dilapidated state and not marked it was broken and that the hot water was messed up and got too hot and you could not turn it off.
