The CONS:1) Elevator was in extremely bad condition2) Walkways had paint chipping EVERYWHERE3) Room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room)4) VERY LARGE ROACH (alive) in corner of bathtub5) roaches in sink when I first arrived6) Bird droppings all over balcony7) Carpet had MANY MANY stains (didn't dare to walk with bare feet)8) Walls had paint chipping9) Bathtub drain was very corroded10) Small roaches found in closetThe PROS:1) The room was definately spacious and the balcony was large.
