4. The elevators were gross, and when I got to my room, I found cockroaches, dirty dingy carpet, the tile in the bathroom was lifting and as you stepped on the tiles to hover over the toliet as you would do in public restrooms, dozens of cockroaches would scatter from under the tiles.
