1. Altho I was able to use mine just for one night because I had issues with my iPad which they also willingly helped me resolve, but unfortunately just didn't happen.

2. The elevators could be a problem as we had some lengthy waits for them and unfortunately we couldn't find stairs to get to the second floor so we had to use the elevator.
