Travelling with friends this year we were all disappointed with the manners and rudeness of little ryan at the front desk as all the other staff are exceptionally friendly , cheer full and help full This lad should make sure he knows what is going on before he gives advice , and when guests are checking out and have just payed out a couple of thousand odd dollars a smile and a simple thank you we think would be appropriate Maybe management could provide counselling to him and make him aware that we are helping to pay his wages, as it is a shame to have a very relaxing holiday and leave unhappy because of bad manners .
