There are no extra pillows or towels conveniently available should a need arise for them and the front desk personnel are quick to remind you that this hotel is indeed appropriately rated two stars with curt and rude remarks about how 'we don't have people to run errands like that, you'll have to come down here and get it yourself' (thanks, jan, you're super sweet).
