1. The only complaint would be that the old air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy and at night noise from the air conditioning unit on the roof of the building next door seemed quite loud.

5. The room was clean and my only complaint is that the bottom of the shower curtain was a bit mildewy (I'm sure it's hard to prevent that with the overall size of the shower and lack of ventilation), but overall, the housekeeping service was great.

9. The only complaint we had about housekeeping was it took until our last day for someone to realize that we were a party of three and we had to ask for an extra towel setup every day.
