3. When we got to the room, we saw that there was only one queen bed in the room - even though the online ad showed 2 beds, the carpet was threadbare, the walls were dull and dingy, the floors in the bathroom were dirty, and the bathroom tile was cracked and mildewed.

4. There were dead bugs in the light fixture in our bathroom, black hairs in our bathroom (and we are both blonde), the bathroom floor looked very dirty, especially the grout, the sink drainage hole was filthy(.
