8. Upon arrival we were given a room promptly, upon arriving in the room we were surprised by the awfully loud noise from the a/c (it was impossible to carry on a normal conversation in the room).

9. The room was extremely noisy, we paid a bit extra to get the mountain/canal view, the view was nice but traffic noise was loud and constant (certainly no sound proofing) and the ancient air conditioning unit was even louder.
