1. There is also a laundry room that you can use $2 wash $2 dry all coins which we used also the night before we left so that way we didn't have a ton of dirty clothes to wash when we got back home.

' So not only did I cop attitude about sheets when I politely asked about them I was accused of dirtying them (fake tan like stains & make up and on some places bits like toilet blue)Just a little politeness would have been nicer and I would have rathered a positive 'this is how I can help you attitude' At the end of the day the room is super clean its just obviously the laundry that has let the hotel down But that Manager.

3. I just realised our sheets were dirty and pillow cases filthy, I went to see the manager at the front desk in a blue shirt and he said ' what do you want me to do about it the sheets were clean yesterday we only change every three days.

4. The 'city view' rooms are hardly that, especially the lower ones as they look straight into very close apartments and a dirty carpark.

9. That wouldn't have been too bad except that the room wasn't clean, the wallpaper in the bathroom was hanging in strips, the sink and shelving were rusty and the tiles were broken and dirty.
