3. I had suite so I had a tonne of space, two bathrooms, couch, chair, fridge and microwave and overall the room was pretty good although slightly dated.

8. We stopped in a week before our booked dates to check on our reservation and were received in a friendly professional manner, in fact because of my sister in-law joining us,we were upgraded to a suite.

We called the hotel to let them know and they were quite accommodating for the last minute cancellation (they were aware of the flight issue) and they said they would not charge us for the last minute cancellation but instead agreed to use our current reservation at a later date, however for some reason a future date was 'temporarily' scheduled in their system unbeknownst to us and that date came and went and we were charged for a no show.
