1. The only downside is that the lift goes to the 10th floor and you must walk up stairs to get to the penthouse.

2. The only downside to this property was that the wireless internet in the room was extremely weak (I was on the 4th floor) and the two in-window air conditioners struggled to keep the room cool.

3. The downside of these rooms is the traffic noise from the busy street, but if you are a sound sleeper, or accustomed to city traffic noise, this becomes less noticeable day by day.

4. The only fractional downside to that is the Ala Wai Blvd can get busy at times, so if sitting out on your verandah is your thing then there is some traffic noise.
