1. We were put in a room on the 18th floor o/v right next to the lifts, at first things were ok , although very quiet, we kept getting a loud windy sound which we thought was from our window, but we realised it was the 6 lifts forcing the air when going up and down.

2. That means you cannot leave the window open for sleeping, it is too loud as there is a highly frequented street beneath the hotelroom.

3. The traffic noise from the street was very loud at times and the siren blasting from emergency vehicles that travelled on Kuhio Ave could be heard through-out the night.
