7. It is downstairs in the basement - a horrible walk down a basement corridor takes you into this dingy room set up with some lounges/tables and a couple of tv's.

10. Only problem is with the 'temporary executive lounge' which is a small, ugly, and usually crowded room in the hotel basement, where food and service are equally horrible.
