1. One annoying thing was having to use your room key to get the elevator to go to your floor or to another floor to get ice (they are only on certain floors).

5. Unlike, for example, the nearby Sheraton Princess Kaiulani at which we've also stayed recently, this property does not charge one of those annoying $12 daily resort fees.

6. The most annoying aspect of this hotel was that there was a ramp to the main door but then there were some steps inside up to the lobby.

7. A few other annoying details to share - when I got to my 'upgraded' room, the carpeting was soaked (I checked to make sure there had not been some plumbing disaster )but it seems they had just cleaned the carpeting because 2 days later it was dry.

Check in was smooth and we got a lovely spacious room on the 14th floor with a corner balcony huge lcd beautiful bathroom and large walk in shower and a mountain view and a cooling breeze which was nice but at night there was an annoying rattling sound which seemed to be coming from a maintenance cupboard next door(not worth complaining about though).
