1. The worst are: deluxe ocean front is really very partial, the real view is garbage trucks from other hotels, rooms for couple are 2 separated, small, twin beds.

Then after that my card is not working for the room and elevator (yeah, you need card to access the elevator), tried to talk with other girl (Courtney) on the lobby, but she was the WORST, she told me 'the card is fine - with a hater's face' and i told her, okay let me try again, Guess WHAT, NO it's still not working, so came up to her again, and she's still insisting the card is fine, So i suggested her to go to the elevator together to check but guess how she responded to my suggestion.
