1. This hotel is just terrible, only nice apperance at the lobby and regarding staff and service only the concierge and a couple of people at reception make the difference.

2. On a scale of 1-10 the bed/pillow comfort is in my opinion rates somewhere between 1 and 2 and as previously stated, there is obviously no double glazing on the windows/doors of the rooms so the street noise is terrible.

3. DON'T waste your time making coffee in the room, it's terrible, walk a block down to the Coffee Bean where you can also get free internet access with purchase, and it's better than Starbucks.

5. If you decide to book ahead, you'll be fine if you have no dealings with reception and you can catch up on your beauty sleep on your sun lounger down at the beach because truly the noise is terrible.
