Cons: for some, it would be a super soft bed, very dated with worn carpet and loose floor tiles, small lanai, not worth the upgrade for the oceanview (since there are hotels on both sides that extend out, limiting the expanse of the view), no free wifi in room as I was told, only in the business center, (off the lobby), pool (just a regular pool) is on the 8th floor and you can't even see the ocean which was so disappointing, noisy if you're a light sleeper due to constant delivery trucks, parked the rental car with valet and it ended up with a door ding and scratches on the mirror, and they take a $250 deposit on your credit card, even though it was totally paid for which really irritated me.
