1. It was quieter than most hotels in Waikiki but lacked ambience and just did not have the facilities.

6. The lobby was a bit stark and uninviting, and the staff were helpful if not just a bit lacking in warmth, but no major complaints (we asked for bath gel rather than soap had two nice little bottles in our room within minutes of our request, a nice touch.
