7. The room itself was very clean and have room enough, but we had these major complaints: the refrigerator froze our food overnight (including the carrots), the pull out bed from the sofa (where two of us planned on sleeping) was incredibly uncomfortable (my sister ended up sleeping on the ground instead), wifi costs an additional ten bucks for twenty four hours of access (at cheaper hotels it has been free), the bottled water cost three dollars (glad we didn't accidentally open one), the ice container was not filled (we ought to have left some water in the fridge), there were no sheet for the sofa (though a staff member brought them up promptly upon request).
