1. We did have a few small problems with not receiving our room service at the time requested one morning, a very bad room service meal one evening and our room not being made up yet when I arrived back in it one late afternoon.

7. Other members of my group claimed the bed, so I can't say how comfortable it may or may not have been, but the sofa wasn't too bad.
