1. He also explained the issue from the night with the crib as well as the fact that he had to go and hunt for a crib at 1 a.

3. The staff was very friendly, well mannered and accommodating, but one particular young man, Ron Baker went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I had that ( personal not because of the hotel ) and his acts of simple kindness will never be forgotten.

9. There were mostly "housekeeping" issues that were resolved: unclean vent duct (mold & dust protruding from the bathroom vent) beer can tabs left from previous guests, toilet handle not working correctly and toilet not flushing, a/c not cooling properly, hanging dust on cornice boards (drapery tops).
