1. What's to complain about?My only minor complaint is that they tried to charge me for the most expensive glass of wine, when I ordered a less expensive one.

9. If I had one complaint it would be the daily charge per computer for internet access and it's inability to stay connected (not a problem if you have a wireless aircard though).
