1. Overall, this is a nice hotel but it feels a bit like a poor impersonation of a nicer hotel.

2. it is almost on par with a Motel 6, minus the poor condition a/c but hey, the concierge staff was excellent at Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta.
