4. So, for someone who enjoys the upscale service at the Ritz this may be a tiny bit of a disappointment but for those who normally stay at a less expensive place it would probably be a really nice experience.

5. Sadly, there is a fridge in the room but no mini-bar - not sure why that facilitiy is not available - when you have just checked in and want a cold drink it is very disappointing.

10. Front staff was excellent,lobby area was very relaxing, enjoyed the garden area, and the room was roomy and bed comfortable, disappointed that restaurant did not serve dinner and that there was no whirlpool.
