1. And the doors, wow; the same horrible hotel metal doors that slam shut even when you do not try to slam them.

2. Our room smelled horribly of smoke and when we complained they assured us, that it was a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, which was true, but it was also true that the room smelled like a bar after last call.
