1. Our room smelled horribly of smoke and when we complained they assured us, that it was a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, which was true, but it was also true that the room smelled like a bar after last call.

5. Required paper for writing a letter; we were made as if it were a grand gesture on the part of the hotel to part with one sheet of paper and upon complaining, three sheets of 8 1/2 x 11.
