1. This was awesome but when I called the Gen Mgr to ask for help I was told that they found my bags and the issue is resolved.

3. Cleanliness however was an issue here - the buffet in the living room was full of crumbs and dusty, and when I went to make some coffee the next morning, was surprised to find the used coffee pack from someone else still in the machine.
