1. floor complete with a full continental breakfast and evening snacks plus coffee 24 hours a day make it worth the extra extra expense.

2. I ended up going off the property and getting a regular taxi, and the driver said that the Sheraton does not allow regular taxis on the property, and only pushes the use of the significantly more expensive car service.
