7. We stayed in 5hotels during this trip (Phoenix, Peoria, Sedona, Laughlin and Las Vegas - we aren't picky people nor hard to get along with, I understand things can go wrong, but on a scale from 1 to 5 the Sheraton didn't even get on the scale with the other hotels.

9. The staff were very polite and helpful, but the room keys did not work, the doors were hard to open when they did work, a room for two was provided when I specifically requested a room for 4, and the restaurant was very expensive and just OK.
