1. We had a double bed, and the mattress was so tired, that we couldn't help rolling into each other because the center of the mattress was sagged so badly.

4. Because we received an email from the director of engineering acknowledging the rooms were in bad shape, that corporate needed to provide the funds to update them, and they hoped we'd stay again.

5. We would not stay here again, we would not recommend it to others, and it was poor enough for facility and service that it left us with a bad perspective of the Sheraton brand overall.

6. It is not our fault the corporation uses the third party sites and then get treated bad by the local managment.
