1. 1 of 2 elevator cars was broken, wifi was down, towels are threadbare and discolored, and we had to get the room keys reactivated several times over a 4 night stay.

2. Our only complaints are that the towels in our room were almost threadbare, and the a/c in the sleep number room had a fan that circulated on and off all night, keeping us awake for the better part of the night no matter what we did to try to shut it off.
