1. The staff is not friendly, There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room, the towels looked dingy and gray from over use, breakfast was almost completely gone when we went (they never restocked the food items), only 2 ice machines worked, and the carpet was filthy.

2. On the website it clearly states that all rooms have upgraded beds, but mine was old, dingy and not very comfortable (I should have asked to switch when I checked in.
