4. Since Eric and Scott and other hotel staff admitted that they are WELL AWARE that these rooms are very noisy and that they always receive complaints when they put people into them, they should have NO REASON to put people into these rooms as they are UNFIT for ANYONE to try to sleep in.

5. After being told by Eric at the front desk that they might be able to move me into another room (since he and other hotel staff were WELL AWARE that the rooms by the elevators were very noisy), he finally said that they didn`t have any more rooms available that evening.
