1. The staff is not friendly, There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room, the towels looked dingy and gray from over use, breakfast was almost completely gone when we went (they never restocked the food items), only 2 ice machines worked, and the carpet was filthy.

3. Carpets were filthy, furniture falling apart, pool was dirty, pool gate falling off, half the pool was off limits, some of the exercise equipment was unusable(broken) very small restaurant.
