3. Our only complaints are that the towels in our room were almost threadbare, and the a/c in the sleep number room had a fan that circulated on and off all night, keeping us awake for the better part of the night no matter what we did to try to shut it off.

8. Major complaint- I arrived at night, had gps in my rental car, and ended up circling the block two times to find the hotel because there was no illuminated signage visible from the street identifying the property.

10. Since Eric and Scott and other hotel staff admitted that they are WELL AWARE that these rooms are very noisy and that they always receive complaints when they put people into them, they should have NO REASON to put people into these rooms as they are UNFIT for ANYONE to try to sleep in.
