6. Only problem was having to pay for Internet in the room & again downstairs if u wanted to print, turns out there is a computer to print boarding passes which I didn't see till I had paid to use computer in business centre.

8. Only time we had a problem with the room being hot was when we forgot to close the drapes and were gone for the better part of the afternoon.

9. My climate control worked perfectly but some of our guys that stayed in non-remodeled rooms had some aggravating problems with the A/C not working or shutting off for no apparent reason.
