4. That being said, this was the most expensive Hyatt I have stayed at to date, by miles, and even with a group 'discount' for convention-goers.

5. I recently stayed in this Hotel in downtown Phoenix, even if the front office team was nice, the Hotel is tired you have the feeling to experience a revival of the 80's with tired bedrooms, my room had stains on the carpet, bathroom door (by the way the bathroom are out dated), no fee wifi.
