1. They make an effort to keep the noise volume in the hallways down through guest reminders - not that some people were thoughtless anyway.

7. The street noise is very audible even on the 21st floor, bring earplugs if you are looking for a quiet night's sleep (horn honking, Church Bells EVERY HOUR.
