2. Our first room had stains and tears in the carpet, nicks on the tables, tears in very worn furniture, and the water in the kitchen was cloudy.

3. Only a few small negatives - the rooms show a little bit of wear and tear in areas, the indoor pool area wasn't great, the pedestrian entrance is kind of strange, and there's a $20 parking fee (which actually isn't that bad for the area).
