1. Their biggest problem is they advertise free made to order breakfast but do not have enough staff for the breakfast crowd.

So in my case, where it was a temperate early december weekend (approx 45 degrees) the room was 75 degrees+, there is with no way to set the room temperature (in my case to try and cool the room down) at night other than to open the window or turn on the ceiling fan (I'm guessing they added the ceiling fans to try and address this problem).
