1. I would recommend management have their maintenance staff check for noisy fans and fix or replace them.

Very long lines at counter (over an hour wait), all phones in building were not working, room okay but there was hair stuck to the side of the shower, the waits for the elevators were horrendous and when you finally had one open for you it was full, we ended up taking the stairs hidden in the vending room half the time, building was noisy.
