1. I'm going to start with the negatives:Was not allowed to check in until an hour after arrival (and we arrived an hour after check-in time.

2. Only a few small negatives - the rooms show a little bit of wear and tear in areas, the indoor pool area wasn't great, the pedestrian entrance is kind of strange, and there's a $20 parking fee (which actually isn't that bad for the area).
