1. I'll start with my only complaint of the hotel, parking.

The only other complaint I had was the customer service could have been better, the front desk was busy talking with each other instead of acknowledging me and when I checked out I wanted my luggage held they sent me down the escalator to the bell desk which no one was there so I waited for about 10 min too long and just took my bag with me which was an inconvienance.

3. The room was very clean and nice the only complaint is the temp control no cool air available suggested turning the thermostat down and using the fan, the room was still too hot luckily the window opened to get some cool air in the room.

7. My only complaint about the hotel was that you had to pay $20 for garage parking and they did not have a elevator working so you had to pull you luggage up and down stairs without assistance.
