1. The room was tiny, the carpet was worn out and dusty, the lounge chair was torn, and there was water damage in the ceiling.

4. - Ten minute walk to the Kennedy center- Free wireless - Front desk very helpful on all issues The Bad- Our room (633) was starting to look a little tired as shown by the worn carpet and pealing wall paper - The valet parking was $40 a night, which I thought was steep but maybe not for downtown Georgetown - This a three star hotel, but it has a lot of four star touchesOverall, if your rate is under $200 then you have a deal I would stay there.

8. If the linens or furniture look so visibly worn they should be thrown out- it's not your grandmother's house- it's a supposedly 3 star hotel.
"Adequate if you're expecting a hostel- not a hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/30/2010 Vote
9. Our room had light bulbs that had burnt out, chipped wood furniture, hair in the tub, stained and worn linens that had visible pilling and an incredibly stained carpet.

10. While the staff went out of their way to accomodate an extra night stay on a very busy weekend, and the location could not be better, the hotel is small, with small rooms and is a little worn and could use a makeover.
"In heart of Georgetown with renowned restaurant but pricey & cramped " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2010 Vote
