1. What could I not tolerate? The fact that our room keys never worked more than once, requiring us to take a very slow (hydraulic) elevator back to the front desk each time we wanted nothing more than to get into our room.

6. (In fairness, the concierge did offer the boyfriend his computer to use, but the connection was so slow that use could not in fact be made of it - particularly with folks believing the boyfriend actually to be the concierge.

7. We learned to navigate the Circulator (new bus that goes from Georgetown to Union Station) but it was quite slow as we were on a tight schedule to see all in 3 days.
