1. The pool was closed for maintenance which wasn't an issue though as the weather warms up, it might be worth checking into ahead of time.

8. - Ten minute walk to the Kennedy center- Free wireless - Front desk very helpful on all issues The Bad- Our room (633) was starting to look a little tired as shown by the worn carpet and pealing wall paper - The valet parking was $40 a night, which I thought was steep but maybe not for downtown Georgetown - This a three star hotel, but it has a lot of four star touchesOverall, if your rate is under $200 then you have a deal I would stay there.
