3. Do not waste your money, the heat was so loud no one could sleep, the room was filthy- we left then they still charged our credit card for 2 days of parking as well as another room which was not ours.

5. Yes, the TV is old (but it did work), and the A/C was loud (though it did work), but it really was more the fact that the Latham touts itself as a chic boutique hotel and it is anything but.

10. The rooms were small with 2 double beds and no different than the size of standard double rooms, So save your money, Location was very good but the AC was Soooooo loud that none of us could sleep.
